| Servo RP 125 | Servo RP 125 is a general purpose RP oil. The oil forms an oily film over work-piece when applied by dipping/ spraying.The oil film can be removed easily with petroleum solvent, by alkaline cleaning or by vapour degreasing agent. It is used for indoor rust protection during in-between operations, and short-term storage before wrapping. The oil can also be used for short-term outdoor storage. It is also recommended for Internal protection of engines and machinery where removal of oil film is difficult. The oil film formed is compatible with general lubricating oils. |

| Servo RP 150 Plus | Servo RP 150 Plus is an oil based rust preventive oil having load bearing properties. It is a rust preventive oil cum running in lubricant for gear box application and thus compatible with industrial gear oils. The oil can be used as rust preventive oil for coating heavy duty gearboxes or other similar machinery where RP oil cannot be applied by spray / brush. This oil leaves a thick oil film on the internal parts of the machinery and ensures long term protection of the costly components in humid atmosphere. The oil can be poured in or the equipment may be dipped in the oil at room temperature. After drainage a protective anti-corrosive coating is formed on the internal surfaces of the equipment which will protect the surface for about 6 months to one year based on the effectiveness of the other protection (like place of storage, use of VCI paper etc.). We also have a low viscosity Servo RP 190 ES for application on cold rolled sheet by electro static spray systems. It protects the shine and aesthetic look of the sheet after the coating. | Servo RP 102 WD | These are solvent deposited, water displacing type rust preventive oils. They contain oil soluble surface-active agents, dissolved in solvent with a suitable corrosion preventive and film forming components. They contain selected additives, which impart excellent ability to replace water from wet metal surfaces and form a uniform continuous oily film. They can be applied at room temperature by dipping or spray method. When the metallic component is dipped in such oils, the water adhering to the metal surface gets dislodged by a extremely thin film of the product. Usual precautions with a solvent-based product should be taken in view of its low flash point. The film formed over metal surface can be easily removed by dipping or wiping with a suitable solvent or mild alkaline cleaners. Recommended against the following rust preventive oil standard: BS7541-1992 Type TP (2B) rust preventive & - IS-1154-2000 — Temporary corrosion preventive fluid soft film, solvent deposited, water displacing type. | RP 116 B | This is a bitumen based rust preventive oil diluted with solvents to facilitate application. It forms a , firm, hard , thick film that sticks firmly on the surface. It is recommended for long term indoor / outdoor protection of metallic components. It can be applied by dipping the metallic component into cold bath of rust preventive. It provides uniform coating to metallic surfaces after drying for at least for 2 hours undisturbed for evaporation of solvent. Applications include the protection of steel rods, tubes, wires, assemblies, castings, industrial plant structure, water tanks etc. Servo RP 116 B meets IS-1153-2000 specification of solvent based corrosion preventives, which forms a hard film. Similarly Servo RP 16 BX meets specifications of solvent based corrosion preventives, which forms a semi-hard film. |
